In 2006 Rick Davis Auctions and Real Estate was selected Business of the Year for Grayville. Rick Davis-- owner and operator has over 18 years experience as a Real Estate Broker, He is a licensed Auctioneer and also an  Agent for First Insurance Agency. He graduated from Grayville High School and also graduated from Southern Ill. University with a degree in Aviation. He is a Lisc. Flight and Instrument Instructor and Lisc Aviation Mechanic with over 4000 flight hours in Turbo props, multi engines and single aircraft. He still operates the 700 ac family farm. He has been married to his wife Sandy for 31 years and they have 2 children, Jed who works for CGB in Cario  Il. and Tess  who works at Tri-State Radiology in Evansville Ind.

Tina Wells-- is a Lisc. Real Estate Broker and has been with Rick Davis Real Estate for 9 years. She has over 9 years of experience in the Real Estate Business. She is a full time bus driver for the Albion School District and also a Lisc Cosmetologist. She lives west of Grayville on the family farm with her husband Craig and is the mother of 3 children, Brooke, Vanessa, and David. Tina has lived in the Grayville area for over 25 years.

Cindy Hodgson- is a Lisc Real Estate Broker. She has been an agent with Rick Davis for 11 years. She works full time for Citizens Bank and lives west of Crossville with her husband Bill . She is the mother of 2 girls, Tabitha and Samantha.

Shelia Schnepper- has been with Rick Davis for 10 years. She works full time in Albion and is a Longer Berger Basket representative. She is  married to her husband Jay and they are the parents of 3 Children, Jillian, Jenna and Jex.
